Our research revealed a critical truth: an effective board isn’t just about its members. Behind every successful board is a high-performance back-office team: governance professionals who manage the processes, people, compliance and data that underpin board effectiveness. Yet, these teams have long been overlooked when it comes to developing technical solutions.
What began as an academic exploration has now become a practical mission.
